AIB panel removal at Network Rail Whitley Bridge
Licensed AIB panels and non-licensed items removed across five rooms of an operational rail building, working one panel at a time within a restricted roof void. Enclosure, negative pressure and four-stage clearance throughout. The building sits directly alongside a live running line, so access, deliveries and waste runs were all planned around rail operations and agreed possession times. Stored goods were cleared and the building soft-stripped before the enclosure went up, then the AIB ceilings, floor tiles and adhesive — including the adhesive side skirts — were taken out room by room and handed back clean.
