Licensed AIB removal through a partly occupied building, sequenced area by area with protected routes and out-of-hours working. Tenants stayed in throughout and every completed area was independently cleared before handback.
Every stage ran under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012: notification to the HSE, a sealed and smoke-tested enclosure, negative pressure with monitored airflow, and a four-stage clearance by an independent analyst before handback.
