Three-day lead paint removal and encapsulation for the client Hand Controls under CLAW controls, airlock decon chamber, HEPA vacuums and dust suppression, with hazardous waste consignment-noted to an authorised facility.
Works were carried out under controlled conditions with containment, HEPA extraction and personal exposure monitoring, and every waste stream was consigned and disposed of at licensed facilities with a full documentation pack on completion.

Our client the client has requested controlled removal of flaking lead paint and full encapsulation at Unit 2, Hollingworth Court, Bredbury, Stockport SK6 2AN.
The works involve carefully scraping flaking lead paint from the walls and fibre-board roofing panels under controlled conditions, then sealing both with ET150 encapsulant on completion.
Access is via mobile tower (full access; racking removed by the client prior to works). Wall heights are 3.6m–5m to the eaves.
Materials left in situ: Asbestos cement (AC) roof sheets are present ABOVE the fibre-board roofing panels and were LEFT UNDISTURBED.
