OUR STORY
One team. One responsibility. Asbestos, demolition, remediation & waste — that's the whole idea behind Innov8 UK Group. We're a North-West based environmental contractor handling work that has to be done carefully, because when it's not, it's people's health at risk rather than just a bit of extra hassle.
That responsibility shapes how we operate. Every job runs to HSE licence conditions, carried out by trained and medically-screened operatives, with documented procedures and independent air testing throughout.
We're just as comfortable helping a homeowner who's found something worrying in the garage as we are supporting a main contractor who needs a dependable specialist to keep the programme on track. Whoever the client, the approach is the same: straight answers, a fixed price within 24 hours, and a job finished properly with the paperwork to back it up.
Both of our hands-on directors started out on the tools as trainee asbestos removers, working their way up to senior management in some of the UK’s largest contractors. Years on real sites — schools, stations, factories, family homes — taught them what the textbooks can’t, and it means whatever your project throws up, the person running it has almost certainly handled it before. That’s still how we work today: the people who quote your job are the same people who know exactly how to do it.
Our teams deliver asbestos surveys, licensed removal, encapsulation and air testing, alongside demolition, land remediation, lead paint, mercury and mould services, and industrial cleaning — from our Manchester base across the North West and throughout the UK.

Innov8 UK Group holds HSE asbestos licence No. 242606081 under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and is registered with the Environment Agency as an upper tier waste carrier, broker and dealer (CBDU525609), independently vetted by the construction industry’s leading accreditation schemes.
We don’t just remove asbestos — we build the tools that run our sites. From remote compliance monitoring to our own site planning software, our systems put live information at the touch of a button.
The IUG App
Our in-house app monitors all of our systems and compliance remotely — air monitoring, RPE, training, medicals, waste and clearance records, live from every site.
In-house 3D site planner
Our own drawing software produces 2D and 3D site plans for every project — enclosures, airlocks, NPUs, DCUs, transit routes and cordons, straight into the RAMS.

Every job follows the licence conditions to the letter, enclosures, air monitoring, decontamination. No shortcuts, whatever the deadline.

If it doesn't need removing, we'll say so. If it does, you'll get one fixed price within 24 hours, and it won't move.

Clearance certificate issued, waste consignment notes filed, site left tidy, and rebuilt, if you've asked us to reinstate.
