WHERE WE WORK
The buildings we work in
Pre-war terraces and semis, 1930s to 70s family homes, bungalows, ex-council houses, garages, sheds and outbuildings — every era of British housing used asbestos somewhere. If your home was built or refurbished before 2000, asbestos can sit in textured ceilings, floor tiles, soffits, water tanks and around old heating systems, and it is usually safe until it is drilled, broken or disturbed by building work.
We work in occupied homes every week, so each job is planned around your household: sealed work areas, protected access routes, independent air testing where required, and a tidy handover with the waste consignment note and certificates you need for your records, your buyer or your mortgage lender.
