01How quickly can you mobilise to site?

For non-notifiable work, often within days. Notifiable licensed work legally requires 14 days’ notice to the HSE — we submit the notification immediately on instruction and use the notice period for enclosure design, RAMS and inductions so removal starts the day the clock expires.

02Do you carry out refurbishment & demolition surveys?

Yes. R&D surveys are the legal prerequisite for any refurbishment or demolition work, and we run them tightly ahead of your strip-out so findings feed straight into the removal package rather than arriving as a surprise mid-programme.

03Can you work to our programme and alongside other trades?

Yes — it’s most of what we do. Sealed enclosures let adjacent zones keep working, we attend your coordination meetings, and we hand back areas sectionally so following trades start early where possible. Out-of-hours and weekend shifts are available when the programme needs them.

04What insurance and accreditations do you hold?

Full HSE asbestos removal licence (No. 242606081), £10m public and employer’s liability insurance, and CHAS, SafeContractor and Constructionline Gold accreditations. Licence and insurance documents are issued with every tender pack.

05Do you handle HSE notification?

Yes — ASB5 notification and the 14-day notice period are managed by us, with licence conditions, plans of work and waste routes all in place before the programme date.

06Can you price from a bill or survey?

Either — we quote from your R&D survey or BoQ, flag where provisional sums carry risk, and requote quickly on discovery items so commercial teams are never guessing.

07What happens if more asbestos is found mid-strip?

Stop, report, evidence — photographs and survey data with a priced variation the same week. No buried extras, no surprise final account.

08Do you provide supervision and daily reporting?

A supervisor per enclosure, daily site records, smoke tests and clearance documentation — an audit trail your CDM and quality teams can lift straight into the H&S file.

09Will your site standards match ours?

Inductions, your PPE and permit rules, tidy compounds and hoarding lines respected — we behave like part of your site team, not visitors to it.

10Can you deliver soft strip alongside removal?
