Compile all necessary health and safety documentation to undertake the work § Gain confirmation of all services are isolated, clearly identify services to remain live.

§ Undertake soft strip of buildings and remove all loose rubbish
§ Suitable hardcore was processed, crushed and stockpiled on site.
§ All other waste arising from the demolition works were removed from site and disposed of at a licensed landfill or waste re-cycling centre.
