Innov8 UK Group were contacted by Bansco in the agreed date to attend Unit 16, Oakhill Industrial Estate, regarding potential asbestos removal works within the warehouse area of the unit.
A site visit was undertaken on the agreed date by our project manager alongside the client representative, the client’s representative, to assess the scope of AIB removal required to facilitate forthcoming refurbishment works.
The assessment confirmed that the works comprise the full removal of approximately 35 linear metres of asbestos insulating board (AIB) panels located at roof perimeter height, to be undertaken under fully controlled conditions. Removal was carried out at height using a mobile MI tower within a purpose-built enclosure maintained under negative pressure.
IUG had full, unrestricted access to the unit for the duration of the works.
