Hospitals, GP surgeries, dental practices and care homes are the most sensitive buildings we work in. Occupants can’t simply be moved, many are vulnerable or unwell, and clinical services have to keep running. Our healthcare teams plan every removal with the people in the building as the first constraint: phased enclosures, escorted access routes, agreed quiet hours, and constant liaison with ward, practice or home managers so nothing happens unannounced.
Infection control is treated as seriously as asbestos control. Work areas are sealed and held under negative pressure, access is managed to keep dust, equipment and personnel away from clinical and resident areas, and cleaning and handback protocols are agreed with your infection-control lead before we start. Out-of-hours and weekend working keeps disruption to treatment schedules to a minimum, and
management surveys can be run without closing a single clinic.
